SERVICE MANAGER PROGRAM

This program will define the Service Manager role through the eyes of Blue Compass RV. Subject matter experts will provide the best practices for effective communication, staffing/business forecasting, and creating effective action plans to achieve business goals. The highly interactive class will allow you to sharpen your skills for everything from defining/coaching proper diagnosis techniques to ensuring work/customer environment is held to the Blue Compass RV standards of excellence.
